We supply museum-quality prints made on thick and durable matte paper.

I've noticed you only list prints up to 18" wide - Can I buy larger prints?
Certainly can. You can order any print in store as a custom print up to 43" wide! All you have to do is fill in this form to make an order.
Can I buy pre-framed prints?
At this stage the answer would be unfortunately not. We may be considering this in future but for the time being we find that it would be less expensive for you guys to buy a print and frame it yourselves once it arrives.
Are your stickers vinyl?
Yessir - These stickers are printed on durable, high opacity adhesive vinyl which makes them perfect for regular use, as well as for covering other stickers or paint. The high-quality vinyl ensures there are no bubbles when applying the stickers.
When will I receive my order?
We take 2-7 business days to process your order + average shipping time based on location. As a guide those times are typically:
United States: 3-4 days
Australia: 12-14 days
UK: 2-5 days
Asia: 8-12 days
I have a problem with my order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.
Do you accept returns?
As this is all run via a 'print-on-deman' service, we unfortunately can't accept returns. Please check in with the specifications/size guide available in the product description to make sure you order the correct item.
If received product is damaged - send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to email@example.com
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
Once the item has been printed (within 2-5 business days typically), all orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
As our items ship from the USA, shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
